                                                 Italian chocolate almond cake





                                                                            





ingredients:

- 200g ground almonds
- 150 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 4 large eggs
- A little butter for the mold



Preparation:

Step 1: Melt a little butter and butter with a brush the bottom and sides of pan.

Step 2: Place a baking paper round the bottom of the mold and rebeurrer. Book.

Step 3: In a bowl, pour the flour, icing sugar and ground almonds. Mix well. Book.

Step 4: Melt in double boiler the chocolate and butter. Book.

Step 5: Break the eggs into a bowl. Add powdered sugar.

Step 6: Work this mixture to the mixer until thick, pale and volume double.

Step 7: Fold the egg whites into the flour powdered sugar icing sugar mixture + + almond powder.

Step 8: Pour the chocolate and butter in the preparation. Mix.

Step 9: Pour into pan.

Step 10: Bake 40 minutes at least in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Step 11: Let cool, then unmold the cake.

Step 12: Cut a stencil of thin cardboard. Place it on the cake and sift icing sugar.
