Fondant cake that everyone loves!






ingredients :

    4 piece (s) Apple
    2 egg (s) (means) whole chicken egg
  80 g lean cream 4% and 5%
  4 CS Sweetener
  2 cc food Parfums (unsweetened), orange blossom
  80 g flour
  40 g Corn starch
  1 bag (s) Baking powder or baker
  Compote 250 g lighter in sugar
  1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C (th. 6-7).

2. Peel and cut apples into slices.

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sweetener and the orange blossom. Add the cream, cornstarch, flour, yeast and applesauce. Mix well.

4. In a silicone mold, arrange the apple slices in a rosette. Cover with the preparation and bake 30 minutes. On leaving the oven, sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.

Citronner slightly apples after cutting to avoid that they oxidize.
