                                                                Yogurt cake



                                                                                         

And that's a yogurt cake without sugar or butter








ingredients :

- 2 eggs
- 50 g cornflour
- 50 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of cheese 0%
- 1 applesauce without added sugar (60 g)
- 1 tbsp. to s. domed powder sweetener
- 1 pinch of baking soda





Preparation :

- Mix together the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together.
- Add the wet preparation over the dry mix and stir vigorously to avoid lumps and until a homogeneous preparation.
- Pour the cake batter in a silicone cake mold.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes (the time depends on the baking oven, the cake should be a little singed on top).
- When cooked, let it rested 5-10mn in the oven door closed.
- Turn out it slowly to prevent it from sticking.
