                                                  Almond cake and milk jam




                                                                                                





ingredients :

140g soft butter
2 large eggs
50 g flour with yeast incorporated
150g ground almonds
85 g sugar
About 1 cup of milk jam
Garnish: walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts





Preparation :

This is a cake I regularly do in this time of year, it allows to sell dried fruits reaped over the holidays and more z'homs my love ... and I also unfortunately ...

Besides the cake is small, I did it in a mold of 24 cm but in my opinion you can get a tad smaller yet ...


Cream together butter and sugar.
Add the eggs ??, the almond powder and flour.
Pour into a buttered square or round pan, smooth the surface. Warm the jam in the microwave (seconds) to liquefy and expand on the cake.
Sprinkle with walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds crushed to coat jam.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
