Norman clafoutis
Classic but still enjoyed this apple-based clafoutis allows you to vary the pleasures.
Ingrédients
300 g Pomme, 3 pommes
3 cc * Alcool ous vin versez flamber, Calvados ous Cuire
140 g Farine
9 cc Edulcorant, de cuisson en poudre

6 cc Beurre allégé 39-41% doux
120 ml Eau, plaque tiède
3 unité (s) Blanc d'œuf
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150 ° C (th.5). Peel the apples, cut into strips in a bowl. Pour calvados on top and set aside.
In a bowl, pour the flour, sweetener, egg yolk, melted butter and warm water. Whisk.
Meanwhile, beat until stiff egg whites, stir gently to the preceding mixture. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold 20 centimeters in diameter. Bake for 20 minutes.
