chocolate cake
Ingredients for a medium cake:
100 grams of flour ==> 70 grams of flour + 30 grams of cornflour
90 grams of powdered sugar ==> 50 grams
100 grams of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
1 plain yogurt 0% fat
1 packet yeast ==> 1/2 packet of yeast
3 tablespoons neutral oil ==> 3 level tbsp butter 41% fat
1 egg
preparation:

In a small heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, broken into small pieces. Do not let heat!
In a bowl, put the flour, cornstarch, sugar and yeast. Mix.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume. Then add the yogurt and mix.
Add the contents of the bowl and mix.
Add the butter and melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until a smooth dough.
Pour the batter into a greased non-stick, lightly greased and floured. (Shake excess flour). Bake and cook 25 to 30 minutes (depending on your oven). The cake is cooked when a needle heart to spring clean and dry.
Turn out and cool on rack.
