                                                  Rezat el kadi (judge Turban)






                                                                                    






ingredients :

500g of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast or shaves classic baker (optional
warm water to pick up the dough
oil and butter to work the dough





Preparation:

Rezat el Kadi (in French Turban Judge) is a pancake made with dough msemen but that is shaped into small filaments and which is wound around the hand before making a cake. The latter is cooked on both sides on a hot stove. When cooked, pressing the center of the pancake and reveals all the filaments.

Shaping by hand takes time and dexterity but the result is worth it.

Mix all ingredients and form your ball, knead for 5 to 10 minutes to soften.

Oil your ball divide your dough into small balls the 
size of a clementine let stand 10 to 15 minutes.









Oil the work surface, roll your little ball in the lengthwise finely but not too much

Cut slits with roulette without going to the edges.

Brush with melted butter or oil / butter.












Start to gently roll so as to make a roller

Then pull it on both ends gently to stretch a little and form a snail gently squeezing or rather a turban.

still warm with honey and enjoy a glass of tea !!!!!!!
