Little cigars with almonds and sesame seeds
ingredients
250g of boiled and blanched almonds
250g blanched peanuts
180 g of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons orange flower water
A little gum arabic
Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
100 g of sesame
1 egg white
1 teaspoon butter
For the dough:
500 g flour
30 g of butter
100 g of fresh cream
1/4 orange flower water glass
1 pinch of salt, 1 egg
Preparation
Fry the peanuts in oil, grind with almonds and sugar in an electric mixer. Mixer 3 times to get the peanut paste and almonds. Add gum arabic, cinnamon, orange blossom water and butter. Mix well, making for socks.
In a bowl, place the flour by digging a hole in the center, put the salt, egg, water blossom, orange, sour cream, butter, a little warm water. Knead until a smooth dough, place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Spread the dough with a roller. Place 2 sausages almonds, then fold the dough. Cut with a sharp knife in the shape of fingers. Dip the ends in the egg white and sesame.
Arrange in a baking sheet coated with butter, cook for 10 minutes.
