ingredients: 

golden 250g flour
200g boiled almonds, blanched and roasted
100 g hazelnuts
100g cashews
200 g of roasted sesame ground
1 teaspoon ground aniseed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 parts of powdered gum arabic
200 g butter
1 small glass of honey
2 cloves
100 g caster sugar
250 g white chocolate
100g hazelnuts for decoration






Preparation :

In a bowl, place the flour browned, ground roasted sesame and all ingredients listed.
Knead until smooth. Make small balls and set aside.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, a cover sheet with parchment paper and place a teaspoon of melted chocolate in the shape of small pile.
Decorate the cake prepared with chocolate and hazelnuts.
