                                                         Hanukkah donuts






                                                                                     








ingredients:  

4 glasses flour
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons margarine
1 pinch of salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 orange juice
1/3 glasses of sugar
1/2 glass of water
50 g of baker's yeast
1/4 glass of warm water






Preparation:  

Dissolve yeast in a bowl, warm water and 2 tsp sugar.

Let stand a few minutes then add the remaining ingredients and knead until a smooth dough.

Let stand for about an hour until the dough has doubled in volume.

Spread then the dough to a thickness of about one cm.

Let stand 30 minutes then fry.

Sprinkle icing sugar before serving.
