ingredients :
For the pancakes:
2 glasses of flour 1/2 powdered milk glass
2 1/2 cups of water 1 teaspoon baking powder (11g)
1 teaspoon orange blossom
For the cream:
2 glasses of powdered milk (semi-skimmed)
3 glasses of water + orange blossom
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons caster sugar
ater:
2 glasses of water
3 granulated sugar glasses
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange flower soup
Pistachios or crushed unsalted ground
Preparation:
Start by preparing the cream:
In a saucepan, combine the milk, flour and sugar. Make and then pour the water and orange blossom.
Set over medium heat and stir until thick cream.
Pour into a bowl.
Prepare the crepes:
Mix all ingredients in the same way as the cream so as to make no lumps.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet pancake.
Pour small rounds of dough with a tablespoon. Bake on only long enough face so that the above paste does not flow. Proceed in the same manner with remaining dough greasing baking every time.
Prepare ater by mixing all the ingredients. Boil for 10-15 minutes so that the mixture is concentrated.
Meanwhile, stuff each round of dough with cream. Fold to form a cone and dip into crushed pistachios. Drizzle ater net.
