PANCAKE BATTER
Ingredients
Ingredients for the pancake batter:
1 liter of milk
6 eggs
300 g flour
100 g caster sugar
30 g of melted butter
1 tsp. Liquid vanilla c
A small piece of butter for the pan

-Beat the eggs with 2 tbsp. To s. of milk.
-Incorporate sugar, vanilla, then remaining milk. Beat with a mixer, add the flour
Little by little for 10 min so that there is no lumps.
-To finish melt the butter in the microwave and incorporate it into the dough
-Let the dough rest at least 30 min in the refrigerator (I let it 1 hour or two).
- Heat the peole and when it is warm to lower the fire.
-Baddle with saupalin and butter before pouring a ladle of pancake batter
-Pake the pancakes in a buttered pan, about 2 min on each side.
-Bind fan-shaped pancakes with nutella, whipped cream or simply sugar and decorate with
Orange, pear or banana slices. This is really good !!!

Chocolate cake
Ingredients pour 8 children
- 200g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation of the recipe :
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. If you melt in the microwave, add 3 tablespoons of water to 200 g of chocolate.
Add the butter to the melted chocolate and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and stir the yeast and flour.
Pour the melted chocolate and butter in the preparation and mix until smooth.
Pour into a cake pan buttered and floured.
Cook for about 25 minutes (adjust the cooking time for a heart more or less based).
remarks:
You can make your cake in a loaf pan. In this case, the baking time is 45 minutes. It goes very well with custard! Pay attention to the cooking! You will leave the cake less time if you want a real fudge.

Chocolate pear cake

Preparation:

Step 2: Add all the remaining ingredients (except pears) and mix using a food processor ... for a smooth chocolate preparation.
Step 3: Pour it into a mold adapted to the microwave oven or in a silicone mold.

Oreo Cheesecake Cake
ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cookie crumbs Oreo
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 packs (250g each) cream cheese brick, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cookie Mini Oreo or 10 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 squares semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation:
Mix crumbs and butter and press mixture into a mold of 13 x 9 inches.
Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until incorporated, no more. Put half of the over crust, sprinkle cookies and cover the preparation remains.
Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Heat the cream and whisk over low heat chocolate. Stir until well blended. Pour over cooled cake cheese. Top with whipped topping thawed and additional cookies, if desired.

Yogurt cake and lime
Here's a cake recipe yoghurt and lemon I have adapted a bit because the recipe originally was to put all the ingredients in a food and all pour into the mold.
Ingrédients :
120g plain yogurt 0% 1 PP
Sugar 60 6.5 PP
same volume of 0 PP baking sweetener
30 grams of ghee for cooking 41% 3.5 PP
250 grams flour 23 PP
2 whole eggs 4,5 PP
1 lime untreated PP 0
1 tsp vanilla sugar 1 PP
1 teaspoon baking powder
préparation :
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Grate zest of lime and then extract the juice.
Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, sweetener and egg yolks with a whisk (or drummer) until frothy. Add the butter, yoghurt, flour, baking powder, zest and lemon juice. Mix everything again.
Beat the egg whites and add them gently to the preparation with a wooden spoon to avoid breaking the whites.
Pour into a pan with high sides or a cake pan.
Bake 30-40 min. The cake should be well puffed and golden on top. (When you drive a knife, he should come out dry. When this is the case, immediately stop the cooking otherwise it will be overcooked!
Let cool before serving!
