200 g of mixed almonds
200g caster sugar - 2 eggs
200g of margarine
600 g faine
200 g of jam
200g softened margarine
1 glass tea oil
200 g flaked almonds
2 sachets baking Lavra
200 g icing sugar
Preparation
The dough: In a bowl, mix the margarine with sugar until a smooth cream. Add eggs and mix again.
Gradually add flour and baking powder and whisk with an electric mixer until a smooth paste and firm.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper rt brush the jam.
Almond cream: in a bowl, mix the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, mixed almonds, flour and mix well.
