                             Based chestnut cream and white chocolate




                                                                        



                                             

White Chocolate handset, the taste of this fondant is a marvel and met with much success, imagine it served with whipped cream, it's even more of calorie bomb!
                                                                                                                                                                   



ingredients:

- 400 g chestnut cream are 4 small pots
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1 whole egg
- Egg whites until stiff mounted 4
- 40 g butter, melted



Preparation:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 ° T.
In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate cut into squares.

Step 2: Remove from heat and add the melted butter, mix well and decant into a clean bowl.

Step 3: Then add the chestnut puree, then the whole egg.
Then gently stir in egg whites (mounted very stiff) using a spatula.

Step 4: Pour gently the device in a mold about 22 cm aside, lined with baking paper (more convenient to turn out for this device glue) and cook for 25 minutes
