                                             Doughnut Filled Chocolate




                                                                               
 


ingrédients :

200g chocolate,
  200 grams of flour,
  7 ml milk,
  1 yeast packet of dry,
  1 egg,
  1 pinch of salt,
  25 grams of butter,
  1 tablespoon orange blossom water,
  30 grams of sugar



préparation:


1 Melt the butter.

 2 Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat, then remove it and pour it into a container with yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour and melted butter and the sugar and egg.

3 Add orange blossom and the pinch of salt.
Homogenize the mixture, form small balls of dough and press two squares of chocolate in each ball. Place the dough balls on a covered baking sheet of oiled parchment paper.
Let it all up for 1 hour.

 4 Preheat oven to 180 °. Then put the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the cakes from the oven and sprinkle with sugar.
