                                                        Fruit charlotte                                                                                  
           




INGREDIENTS
1 pot cottage cheese 0%
300 g frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries ...)
a plate of milk
2 packages of ladyfingers
1 c. tablespoons of sweeten








PREPARATION
STEP 1
Thaw fruit.
2ND STEP
In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the sweetener.
STEP 3
Pour the milk into a bowl.
STEP 4
Dip ladyfingers briefly in milk and arrange them in a charlotte mold.
STEP 5
Put a layer of cheese and then a layer of fruit.
STEP 6
and alternate layers.
STEP 7
Finish with a layer of ladyfingers soaked in milk.
STEP 8
Put in the fridge 1 hour minimum.
