                                         Brownies white chocolate & black                                                                      




                                                                             





ingredients:

100g dark chocolate
white chocolate 100gr
100g butter
demerara sugar 100g
3 eggs
90gr of flour T55
ground almonds 40g
1 c. tablespoon vanilla extract






Preparation:

Step 1: Melt the white chocolate with a little water and butter 50gr.
Melt the dark chocolate with a little water and 50g of butter.

Step 2: Beat eggs and sugar foam, add the vanilla, flour and almond powder and whisk well.
Divide dough in half.

Step 3: In the first half add the white chocolate, then the other dark chocolate.
In a square pan, pour the white mixture and then over the black mixture.
With a small portion of the white mixture to the drawings.

Step 4: Four 180 C
