                                        Shortbread stuffed with dates






                                                                             



ingredients :

For the dough:
250g butter
125g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
3 orange flower water tbsp
Flour mixture as
1 egg white
To date paste
600 g date paste
1 tbsp butter
2 orange flower water tbsp
1 tsp cinnamon




Preparation:

Work the butter with the sugar, add the vanilla sugar, orange blossom water, salt and flour necessary until a smooth paste.

Mix the paste of dates with butter, cinnamon and orange flower water and form small balls.

Take shortbread dough and form small balls.

Spread a small ball and put stuffing in the center a ball and then close again form the ball.

- Put that into a mold for the form, continue with all the dough balls.

Bake in preheated oven at 150 ° C for 25 minutes.
