                                                Small homemade butter



                                                                               
                                                                 


Ingrédients :
                                                                         
- 250g of flour
- 30g soft butter
- 30 g of cooked butter (hazelnut) and cooled
- 60 g sugar
- 120 ml of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- A bit of gilding






Preparation:

Step 1: Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and sand.

Step 2: Dissolve the sugar in milk. Add milk to sandblasting.

Step 3: Mix well, make a ball and refrigerate 1 hour 30.

Step 4: Roll dough very finely (2 mm) roll. Cut rectangles with a toothed wheel.

Step 5: Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put some foil with a brush.

Step 6: Bake in preheated oven at 170 ° C for 10 minutes.
