                                             Cake with caramel and banana




                                                                                      



Recipe type: Dessert











ingredients:
100 g caster sugar
100g unsalted butter
100ml single cream
12 Carambar caramel
2 eggs
250g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ripe bananas







Preparation:
STEP 1:
Melt in a small saucepan sugar, butter, cream and Carambar on medium heat.

Mix regularly until all Carambar melted.

Let cool.

2ND STEP:
Preheat oven 180 ° C (gas mark 6).

STEP 3:
In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.

Add the eggs and the mixture to Carambar.

STEP 4:
2 Cut the bananas into slices and add to the preparation.

Mix.

STEP 5:
Pour into a cake pan Tefal or buttered.

Put to bake 35 minutes.

STEP 6:
It should be golden brown and cooked in the center before removing from oven.

warm pan.

Let cool before eating alone or with others ...
