ingredients :

For about 30 cookies

150g sugar
100g butter, softened
200g of flour
2 eggs ??
30g chopped pecans
60g chocolate chips
60g nougatine crunch
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cuil.à coffee rum
1 pinch of salt




Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2. Put the butter in a bowl and mix with the sugar then add a ?? whole egg, stir and put the yellow of the second ?? egg, mix add the vanilla sugar.
3. Add slowly flour mixed with yeast.
4. Make small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
