ingredients:

For the cookies:
180g of flour
20g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
50g cocoa powder Nesquik (for stranded unsweetened cocoa!)
1 pinch of salt
sugar 75g
margarine 60g (light)
30g candied orange peel
1 egg

For the icing:
chocolate 50g
1 tablespoon milk
Various Christmas sugar decorations




Preparation:

STEP 1:
For the cookie dough, drop in a bowl mix the flour, cocoas salt, sugar and margarine to obtain a finely grainy paste. Add the orange peel. Break the egg and knead it for a homogène.Réservez dough ball in 30min fees

2ND STEP:
